ARIS Foundation (Resources For Those In-Need)
Every Tuesday night, East Valley Unite members help ARIS Foundation distribute resources to the unhoused community and others in need. If you would like to help out, email us and we’ll be in contact with you!
End ALPRs
Our ongoing campaign to get ALPR systems out of the East Valley and Arizona for good. We’ve sent hundreds of emails, packed city council meetings, and kept the issue in the press. This is the core of our efforts to mobilize public opposition to have direct impacts on policy decisions.
Elizabeth Lee For Congress
Taking no corporate PAC money and no AIPAC money, Elizabeth Lee will be accountable to the people. We’re working to elect her to Congress in AZ-05. This is our chance to finally flip this typically deep republican district blue and make real change.
Know-Your-Rights Information Distribution
These are both community gatherings where know-your-rights (kyr) information is assembled, and separate events where vetted teams go to at-risk communities to distribute that information. The assembly gatherings are open to anyone. If you want to help distribute, email us and we will be in contact with you!
Arizona Bridge Brigade
This is a set of consecutive bridge brigades over the 60 meant to capture the attention of thousands on the highway, and then direct them to AZBridge.org to take action. This is extremely effective, and hundreds visit the website in this way. Many people are isolated from the issues impacting our country. This changes that by putting those issues right in front of their eyes.
